About us
Lyrical Expressions Catering was established in April of 2017 after my love for food had grown beyond measure. My cooking career started at the tender age of 7 making an omelette. From that day going forward I knew I had a future in the food industry. In the spring of 2015 I enrolled into Le Cordon Bleu to fine tune my skills. Following my teachings I began a career as a sous chef in many establishments. When I was passed over for an executive chef position at a job I knew my next step was to begin my own so that I could provide for my family.
Our culinary inspiration
I knew that I had great food when I was asked to bring the Mac and Cheese to Thanksgiving dinner, and then the next year I was asked to cook the entire dinner for our family gathering.
